Vanad Information & Technology, Shanghai Office became a sister company of Philips Telecommunications Systems (PTS) since PTS was acquired by Vanad Group, which is the mother company of Vanad Information & Technology.- Prepared the wealth fare and reserve fund of housing accounts for each employee at Shanghai office- Conducted communication skills training (informal) to the IT engineers- Translated the culture differences between the Headquarter and the local employees in China and played an active role in mediation of disputes between the Headquarter and the local employees in China
