Engage AP programs at early phase with PD and Global team (NA/EU) to ensure robust Design for Manufacturing (DFM) / Design for Assembly (DFA) /Ergo/FEMA/Control Plan/Process development and analysis. Identify early assembly/Manufacturing concerns or risk as needed. Request design change or process/facility/layout/resource revised recommendations if necessary.Pilot study innovative technology, review DFM/DFA/Ergo by programs, align new requirements and standards with Ford global team in NA and EU, reflect opinion of AP region.
