In addition to her role in insurance, she also serves as a part-time real estate agent, where she finds joy in helping clients navigate one of the most significant decisions in their lives—buying or selling a home. Tinika is now expanding her expertise by pursuing her mortgage license, furthering her commitment to guiding families through their financial & homeownership journey.Beyond her professional endeavors, Tinika is a passionate advocate for lupus patients, a cause close to her heart as a two-time kidney transplant recipient. Her experiences have inspired her to dedicate her life to uplifting others, especially those facing health and personal challenges. This mission is at the core of her work as the Director of Community Engagement for Our Healthy Community, where she builds meaningful partnerships and leads health initiatives that connect individuals to essential resources, aiming to empower communities to thrive and grow.As the Executive Director and Founder of the Hope & Harmony Resource Center, Tinika furthers this mission by focusing on families, women, and children in need, providing them with resources that foster self-sufficiency and hope. Her work with the Hope & Harmony Ministry at Mt. Sinai Friendship United also reflects her dedication to offering hands-on support to her faith community and beyond.Tinika is also deeply committed to mentoring youth through the True2U Mentorship Program, where she offers guidance and encouragement to help young people reach their potential.
