Graduate Research Assistant

- Nano/Micro-Particle Removal from Additive Manufacturing using Laser Indues Plasma (LIP) shock wave and autonomous quality inspection for Additive Manufacturing and pharmaceutical tablets using surface acoustic wave ( via non-destructive testing method) are my current research topic. LabVIEW: For data acquisition and computation of my research work, I have developed two graphical user interfaces (GUI) using LabVIEW for integrating the instruments, signal processing, and computation. Universal Robot UR3e and BOA Spot Vision System: For reducing the workload of our research team a UR3e collaborative robotic arm and BOA Spot vision system have been incorporated in our experimental setup, RoS is used as the programming language for that robot arm. Python, Matlab, and Mathematica: Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Deep Learning algorithms are employed for image processing of the sample's surface quality inspection, and for computation. Python, Matlab, and Mathematica are used as programming tools here. ABAQUS: Before executing a Design of Experiment (DoE), ABAQUS is used for simulation.

Project Title: Water Quality Parameter Measuring, Storing and Online Monitoring SystemBrief Idea:- In this project, a multi meter was developed with the capability to measure pH, Electric Conductivity (EC), temperature, Total Dissolve Solid (TDS), Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP) of industrial contaminated wastewater.- The i/o expansion shield is directly stacked on the Arduino mega. RTC module was connected to the IIC pin, temperature sensor was connected to the digital pin, TFT LCD display and SD card were coupled to SPI pin, pH sensor, EC sensor and TDS sensor were joined to the analog pins and nodeMCU(ESP8266) was connected through Tx, Rx pins. A 5V power bank powered the device.
