Brauk was definitely the best thing that could happen to the beginning and the construction of a solid base of my career.There I was taught not only how to memorize things, but instead how to find the path and the right solutions for the problems that I was going to face over my professional journey. Follow some highlights:-As my first project I have been evolved in a financial product from a Europe largest business and financial magazine publishers, which gave me an exceptional base of how a huge, scalable, real-time information, enterprise LOB application works and which kind of solution must be given to an application that size.-Definition of Best Practices and Coding Guide, as per documentation and frameworks to support the team.-Continuous integration: automated builds, unit testing, automated UI testing, code metrics and quality assurance using tools like: CruiseControl.Net, NUnit, Selenium, SVN and FxCop.-Working, as part of the development team, in project for outsourcing clients developing a website for searching the best holiday package and also in other projects for automated intranet tools to improve the efficiency of current manual processes.-My first project as a Team Leader which was a web site based on Telerik Sitefinity CMS, sadly I didn't manage to delivery this project with its deadline, but surely this project taught me how to succeed in every single project that came after.
