I lead the content strategy and multi-format content development for Workhuman's Customer Central, an online resource for customers that includes best practices, program strategy, and program design for using Workhuman Cloud products, as well as hundreds of internal communications templates to make it easy for customers to promote their recognition program with employees. I am lucky to manage a team of content and design rock stars, and coaching and supporting them is my most important job.Workhuman is committed to building human workplaces that recognize the value and potential of every employee.
