As a Team Lead of Real Time Embedded Software at Airspan Networks, I have over 13 years of experience in LTE protocol development and implementation. I possess a thorough understanding of the LTE end-to-end architecture, from paging and RACH procedures to handover and RLF scenarios. I also have a basic understanding of the 5G CU and DU architecture and the LTE SON and RRM features.I am proficient in coding in C and C++ STL and design patterns, as well as using tools such as Jira, Git, docker, kubernetes, and code review. I have demonstrated ownership of LTE/5G infra/platform tasks and delivered successfully LTE RRM solution to a tier 1 customer, earning the Best Team Award in 2012. I have also worked with the RF manager of Airspan for FSM (Qualcomm) and XLP (Broadcom) platforms. I am well-versed in the SDLC cycle and have strong team bonding and adaptation skills.
