• Drive regional sales to ensure the sales results are fullyaligned with the business segments plans• Contribute to the implementation of the business strategy• Provide strong leadership to the sales organizationo recruit, train, develop sales associateso coach and challenge the team to improve efficiency,and effectiveness of the team and the individualso ensure good interaction with the other SBU associates• Ensure correct deployment on the sales force into thegeographical area• Drive the net sales & margin by relevant geographical area• Manage the receivables, DSO and overdues in an effectiveway• Execute the pricing strategy by segment in his own area andparticipate actively in pricing and contract negotiations withkey customers• Set up local price list according to local rules, e.g. duties,transport, etc. with the the Pricing & Forecasting officer• Ensure strong leadership on Credits and Complaints

-Heading the specialty chemical division (silicone fluids and emulsions, enzymes and pre-processing chemicals for textiles) at national level.- Handling a team of 4 people accross India to support and grow this business.-To achieve monthly sales and yearly business plan along with a team of professionals, distributors and end consumers spread all over India.-To achieve the budgeted gross profit, net profit and bottom line.-Inventory Management-Extending the business to different regions in India-To introduce new product lines to increase product portfolio and turnover-On time collection of receivables- Coordinating with suppliers on a regular basis in order to ensure smooth operation, supply, sales and information flow.-Taking the business to global level (recent responsibility)

-Product Management-Making strategy for the overall business growth of the company -Developing market strategy for different product lines-Develop the Product management concept in the organization and achieve growth in the various product lines like Silicones, Cationic, Yarn and Thread Lubricants, Fluorocarbons, Flame-retardants and Coating Chemicals.-Detail knowledge of denim as well as conventional garment processing. Development of different specialty finishes on garments.-New product introductions and launches, presentations at Customer level and preparing promotional aids like brochures, advertisements in Magazines and articles in textile magazines-Monitor Competition and develop strategies to counter them-Visited Daikin Chemical Company, Osaka, Japan to undergo training in fluorocarbon application and visited the fluorocarbon manufacturing plant at Osaka.-Coordination with technicians from Daikin, Japan, for positioning of new products, processes and technology.-Technical service to sales in the field of textile processing-Textile and garment wet processing

-Established systematic ways of Garment Washing-Fabric sourcing with desired quality and within stipulated time period-Quality control of fabrics, garments and finished goods-Trouble shooting-Planning Production-Technical training to merchandisers
