- Working on an in-house monitoring tool which is part of Atos Bridge monitoring solution.- Ensuring customer infrastructure and applications are getting monitored, resolving issues and errors.- Creating new scripts/dashboards or customizing existing designs as per customer requirements.- Working closely with Development team and Architects to keep application up to date with the new releases of open source projects.- Leading a 6-member support team in planning their tasks and activities.- Creating elaborate documents of any new implementations/upgrades done on existing setup.

Release manager :- Planning and deploying new releases on QA and Production environments.- Working with Clients to gather the requirements for future releases and making Roll-out plans.- Manage QA and Prod environments to resolve any OS related issue.- Creating new scripts to ease the process of deployments.Hadoop Admin :- Setting up and managing QA environments for testing. (CDH-5)- Updating and configuring Hadoop ecosystem we required.
