This was a volunteer role in which I taught and coached the under 14's boys and girls water polo teams for Monash University Water Polo team. We travelled to Brisbane and to Bendigo for competitions in which I was also a team manager and was responsible for 12-14 boys under the age of 15. - Required effective time management to ensure we arrived at all planned activities, including games, on time. - Required resilience in the face of 12-14 boys yelling over each other and bullying ech other while away from the constant watch of their parents. This role also included some private coaching for the girls team to increase strength and stamina. this was only a short role as I had picked up more shifts in my swim teaching job, we were put into lockdown and it was also the end of season. - Required me to research and personally develop my skills in order to improve someone else's career trajectory.
