As the first US leader elevated to Regional Manager of a Better offshore operations function, I led the India Closing Team through 7x growth to 900+ employees in just under two years, overseeing and leading all Closing Support functions through two restructures. Key projects included: owning the entire 0 to 1 buildout of the Doc Drawing team, implementing a new workflow that laid the groundwork for doc drawing automation, and designing a funding readiness process with all title partners that reduced settlement agent funding delays by 75%.
