Leading the turnaround of a $12M office, I resolved critical operational and service issues to restore revenue growth and reverse a blemished reputation among the partner network and client base.Previously, I completed a progressive nine-year tenure with PGA Tour Superstore, culminating in the role of General Manager. As a turnaround specialist with a talent for transforming underperforming operations, I was integral in catapulting growth/expansion from the Company’s early stage in 2005 to its current nationwide footprint of 25 stores. Earlier in my career I served as Assistant Golf Professional for a Canongate Golf Club (Eagle Watch Golf Club).
