Our organization serves FedEx Express' global operations by managing the application software used for handling all volume coming into and out of a FedEx facility, which includes Scanning, Sorting, and consolidating into handling units for conveyance to the next node in the network or for final delivery.I am currently the Agile Release Train's product manager for the Scan applications that serve our internal customers in major sort locations, such as hubs and airport ramps, as well as local station operations that perform pickup and delivery services.

By leveraging my experience as a technical IT consultant supporting Sony's manufacturing operations in the San Diego/Tijuana region, I discovered a vast opportunity to solve a complex set of problems related to managing the information that is required in a global supply chain. I founded this business with a vision to apply technology and process design to improve the flow of raw materials and finished goods in the US/Mexico cross border industry at the dawn of the NAFTA era. While primarily providing consulting services to Sony Electronics, I also established a network of relationships with key stakeholders in the cross border industry, allowing me to experiment with innovative solutions for the future of international trade. In later years, I returned to function as a technical lead consultant to support Sony Supply Chain Solutions' International Operations.
