I would like to write news stories and columns, as well as edit copy in a print and/or online publication.I have contributed articles, features, op-eds, reviews and humor pieces to several Bay Area publications primarily related to social and political issues such as economic justice, the antiwar movement, media consolidation and governance.I covered the housing and homelessness beat for SF Public Press, a nonprofit news organization. Recent stories were published with funding by Spot.us and the Center for Public Integrity. Some detailed the effects of enforcing a local sit-lie ordinance and the delivery of homeless services by city-sponsored shelters.
