Bright Speed:Currently developing a payment gateway API for processing echecks. I am the sole developer on this team and am responsible for the full development cycle of this applications starting from server management all the way through gathering requirements, designing, developing, & testing.My first task starting here was to migrate our application from a shared host to an AWS server where I configured everything myself. Since then I've made significant improvements on our platform such as redesigning the API adhering the REST best practices, integrated API versioning, and built additional functionality into the API.

Develop & Maintain applications on the company intranet using the LAMP stack.Responsibe for creating normalized database structures. Played a role in every aspect of the SDLC from creating requirements, architecture, both code & interface design, development, testing and supporting the end product.Main technologies used are:PHP, mysql, HTML, jquery, 3rd party API's.

The main project at this company was a telepholy software Launchpad. Develop telephony software used internally by up to 5 agents, built to support up to 100. Software was a hybrid inbound outbound phone system using HTML5 web sockets to maintain a persistent connection. Page content is dynamically generated via ajax, so you could switch between different pages on the application while maintaining a web socket connection which is used to stay on a call while accessing information throughout the application.A secondary project was Develop wordpress sites creating custom pages and plugins.

Working directly under the chair of the Marine Science Department I converted the existing Marine Science raw html web site to a CMS in order to synchronize them with the rest of the university.

Tutor students & assist professors with grading.Worked Directly under the Chair of the CS department taking on tasks such as preparing lecture material. Tutoring student. And grading homework and projects.
