Video detector events and additional sensor data passed to Rabbit MQTT for local processing and used Lambda functions for higher compute demands of anomaly processing. Local AWS Greengrass deployments minimized latency while providing flexible deployments. Data eventually sync’d through Kafka for data analytics using Snowflake. DevOps We developed and delivered a high volume IoT gateway supporting WiFi5 with AP/STA concurrency (and 4G/5G failover uplinks for some regions.) The platform supported Docker containerized apps, and robust DevOps with full remote management and automotive grade security. Our customer enabled their mobile app into our CI/CD pipeline to improve the overall product QA. We achieved a 100% supplier rating by hitting all the project targets for cost, development schedule, and on-time production deliveries.

Cyphre provides crypto security SaaS and PaaS Cloud solutions using both Custom and COTS server platforms. The patented and FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified solution enables protection of Data in Flight and Data at Rest. My responsibilities included Technology Strategy and implementation, Engineering Management, Budgeting, Estimation, Roadmap, IP Generation, Cloud Server Product Architecture and cross functional process scalability. Our Agile based workflow allowed the team to be nimble and quickly adapt to business needs and customer feature requests. Our front-end development CI/CD pipeline provided QA with nearly immediate results. Our back-end application code and DevOps were based on our customized Linux build and FPGA BMC with IPMI sensors. Cyphre was acquired by RigNet, which has subsequently been acquired by Viasat.

Involved in top level reviews across major corporate division and projects, ramping up new validation teams around the globe, and driving new design methodologies from concept to production.Pioneered cross functional cooperation, developed tools for making department specific data and tests applicable and usable across the organization, and owned the entire validation ecosystem which combined unused compute resources around the globe into a distributed compute cluster for design simulation.
