Over the past several years, I have led significant transformations within the IU Group, as Sales-Lead for EU for the former IU School of Business and Management and during the scaling of IU online studies. Lately I was in charge of Talent & People Department while we scaled from 650 to over 4.000 employees globally.As HR Director, we implemented many comprehensive People related initiatives and Strategies. Amongst others, we launched an award-winning Learning Hub, created progressive global hiring and work-flexibility policies, and pivoted to a mobile-first work concept during the global pandemic. Among others, these efforts resulted in >140k annual talents applying to work for IU Group (2023) and consistent Great Place to Work certifications.As a proponent of diversity, equality, and people sustainability, I am dedicated to developing people-centric strategies that elevate individuals and businesses.
