I was also responsible for quick and dependable desktop/user support in a Windows/ Apple OSX based environment via a Spiceworks helpdesk. Issues ranged from simple tasks like password resets, and email creation through GSuite and desktop/laptop support & repair, to more in depth tasks like incremental backups, server upgrades, and network upgrades.Another key aspect of this position was maintaining and updating an ever-growing database of documentation. This database contained a complete technological inventory between all of the schools, basic troubleshooting tutorials for end users, and contracts/purchase information.In addition to those responsibilities I also spearheaded projects that resulted in the complete upgrade of our networking infrastructure and servers, as well as set up the company for remote work during the Covid-19 Lockdowns. I pushed progressive updates that kept an aging system running smoothly, and created a bi-yearly plan for device replacement which would phase out the aging devices in a concise manner whilst staying within budget.
