· Travelled around the United States leading different teams of migration technicians at various medical facilities whose tasks it was to migrate on site machines from Windows 7 to Windows 10. · Teams received the new units; tracked assets meticulously, imaged the new machines, configured software, and deployed them to the proper personnel all under my guidance and supervision. · Weekly meetings and conference calls with executive IT management were also mandatory to keep everyone one the same page and address any issues and/or changes in the deployment processes. Part of my role was also making sure that everyone onsite adhered to all HIPAA and OSHA standards during the migration process.
