Part of founding team for CO-STARS transfer agency administration system.Initially embedded in nine month rapid application development team for full lifecycle development of new transfer agency system to meet government deadline for introduction of Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs). Designed business processes for programmers to code and implement. Signed off on manuals and training for in field implementation. Continued as implementation consultant for UK wide clients including M&S Money and Abbey National plc (now Santander) and as subject matter expert and change control authority for future system development.Worked on key client presentation to win new business and part of team authoring responses to RFPs, tenders and other new business enquiries.
