I have dots that represent marketing. I have dots that represent membership engagement. Some of the dots reflect experience working with and in the non-profit world, while others speak to federal government experience, private sector experience and entrepreneurship. There are dots for professional proficiency - able to maintain sense of humour under pressure, above average customer service skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, yet enjoys a team environment. There are dots for personal suitability - creative, flexible, passionate, community minded and connected. And there are some random dots - data librarian, grant writer, publisher, editor, author, trainer, facilitator, public speaker, actress. Today, I am proud to say that my dots have connected to produce a motivated, versatile and organized professional with 20 years’ experience in a variety of office environments with a talent for quickly mastering technology; an ability to relate to different demographics of employees and co-workers; is accustomed to handling sensitive and confidential records; and has a demonstrated history of delivering accurate, timely results.
