As a Project Leader at Events, Range & Supply Communication at the headquarter of IKEA, I work across the IKEA Group structure as well as with external suppliers and collaborators. I coordinate and secure a successful delivery of both internal and external events and projects. I communicate the IKEA business plan digitally through a virtual street view tour; a tool that enables all IKEA co-workers worldwide to participate when new products are launched.I started my career at IKEA of Sweden as Project Coordinator, supporting project leaders in the team, but based on my knowledge, experiences and competences, I was offered the role as Project Leader after 1 year.• Overall responsible for project lead - from brief to budget, execution and evaluation• Production lead with overall responsibility for execution and quality of outcome• Contracts with suppliers and collaborators• Lead and development of “Google” street view tool for internal use that communicates the IKEA Business Plan by showing a 11000m2 exhibition of product news.
