• Created a company foundation and was responsible for the distribution of $2 million dollars in the greater Boston area
• Worked with the Superintendent of the Boston Public Schools and the Boston Teachers Union to create the Bank of New England Teacher Fellowship Initiative which recognized quality teachers and provided training in.
