I contribute with my presence, openness, curiosity, and analytical capability to handle complexity and achieve goals, on top of versatile corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience with professional strongholds within leadership, strategy, innovation, sustainability, marketing, finance, and IT.My academic platform is a M.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen. During my professional career I have acquired versatile experience from different roles and industries with innovation and change management as the red thread. By working on “different sides of the table” I have gained a broad understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of innovation and change management, initially as employee with various companies within the Orkla Group, later as management consultant within strategy development and innovation, and as entrepreneur within training and digital frameworks for increased innovation capabilities.Digital trends, tools, and opportunities have always been of great interest to me and an integral part of my work, and I consider myself a digital native with a strong ability to bridge user-, organisational-, market-, and digital opportunities. This includes facilitation of digital meetings and development processes to enable and enhance new forms of collaboration, learning, and development at large, which have been actualised by more remote work as well as new needs and opportunities for renewal in general.
