Service Designer In The Financial Services Innovation Hub
Worked directly with the CDO and innovation manager at a Tier 1 Swedish bank on developing a digital solution within the Personal Finance Management-domain that aligned with the bank's vision and business strategy going forward. Activities included:* User and stakeholder research. Interviews and desk research for understanding our client, the market they operate in as well as their end-users’ pain points and needs. Interviews were transcribed, coded, clustered and translated into insights. * Concept development. HMW were generated and ideation sessions together with the project team were carried out in order to find solutions that fit customer and business need. After several iterations of concepts and testing, one was chosen to proceed with high-fidelity prototyping.* Concept testing. High fidelity prototype was tested in focus groups and in large group user tests.* Viability analysis. Developed a business model for the concept. Additionally, I was responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders and had the overall project management responsibility.
