I'm a natural problem solver and improver. And the more complex and challenging the problem that needs addressed, the better.I'm very adaptable and I'm well equipped with analytic, innovation and improvement techniques to work with stakeholders to find and implement solutions to problems. Few things are more satisfying than working with people who deliver and use services to gain an understanding of an issue then develop, test and implement solutions that improve services and has a positive impact on people’s lives. That is my aim in life, to use my skills and experience to have a positive impact on people’s lives. And my definition of success is to help people have a better life, especially the more vulnerable people in our society who are more at risk inequitable outcomes.I was able to do that when I worked in Wheatley Housing and Care group. I worked on a range of improvement projects, such as helping make homes safer by improving gas safety management processes, implementing a performance management framework and developing and implementing innovative digital solutions like a new repairs diagnostic tool that enable people to get the right support when they need it.I'm currently using my skills in NHS Scotland working as part of Healthcare Improvement Scotland where I built and led a portfolio of improvement programmes that helped older people and people with complex needs live well at home and avoid unscheduled acute care. I changed roles in late 2019 and I am now National Programme Director that leads the team that supports NHS boards use quality improvement methods to improve access to care by sustainably reducing waiting times.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬TKMonaghan ● TK Monaghan ● T K Monaghan ● TKM ● Thomas Kevan Monaghan ● Thomas Monaghan ● ThomasMonaghan ● T Monaghan ● TMonaghan ● Thomas K Monaghan ● Thomas KMonaghan ● Thomas K.
