- Managing contract execution. Responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (On Cost when applicable) performance by performing an effective control of supplier activities and securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.- Chairing the various reviews along the lifecycle of the contracts : from preliminary design validation to deliveries. Acting as main interface for assessing and reporting the supplier risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation actions.- Coordinating the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and maintaining a close communication and coordination with all internal stakeholders to ensure the timely suppliers delivery.- Managing performance reviews within the Procurement organisation, and with the internal customers.- Lean six sigma Green Belt (in progress).
