Taylor Leake has more than 15 years of experience using digital tools to organize people to take action, vote, and donate to progressive causes. He currently runs the digital program at Corporate Accountability, where he employs innovative and tried-and-true practices to ensure people know about, feel connected to, and engage with Corporate Accountability’s work and mission. He has added hundreds of thousands of people to the organization's email list, helped develop and launch a new organizational website, and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from thousands of small-dollar donors.His previous positions include Connecticut Communications Director for the Working Families Party, Digital Director on a congressional campaign, and Digital Organizer with Change.org and Progressive Majority. He started his career and fell in love with using technology to create change on United Food and Commercial Workers International Union's Wake Up Walmart campaign.His path toward social change started years before that. When he was 16, he answered an ad in the newspaper for an organization hiring activists. He spent the summer canvassing for a public election program in Connecticut — which passed and is still running more than a decade later.
