• Wrote backend software in C# for the Go Ahead Tours booking system on an ASP.NET stack, frontend in Typescript. Created features enabling sales teams to manage customers and make bookings.• Re-coded the physical mail generation software from scratch responsible for generating over 80 types of different mailings, enabling testability and reporting, improving robustness and maintainability.• Designed a whole new postage system allowing mailroom staff to buy the cheapest postage for our customers, automating many processes thus saving hundreds of yearly man hours and thousands of dollars in postage fees. Also wrote software interfacing with Zebra thermal label printers and making them available on the network.

Founded Studifi, a collaboration platform and full learning management system (LMS) for K12 and Higher Ed. Raised $100k in funding and had software piloted by Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Brown University, Bentley University, Boston University, Hong Kong University, and more. Wrote the backend and fronted, hired and managed the engineers.

• Implemented a tool that analyzed raw text and generated ebooks in multiple languages. The system generated the markup by detecting titles, paragraphs, lists, links and more. Ebooks were stored in XML. A table of contents was also automatically generated based on the indexed contents.• All software was written on a LAMP stack.• Designed and implemented the front-end and back-end of an ebook viewer that would allow viewing such ebooks, navigating through the different parts and comparing ebooks in multiple languages.• Implemented a mass emailing tool with unsbuscription and blacklisting features.• Implemented misc website administration tools and maintained hardware.
