Analysis of daily production development, and issue of daily production control reports, which required great time management and organisation skills as well as attention to detail

Supervision of maintenance and repair activities for one of the company’s services sector, including of third-party services, collaboration and coordination with the maintenance and repair services team to provide high quality services, as well as coordination of refurbishment projects related to the Normatel shops, which also involved the ability to apply problem-solving skills. Furthermore, the role included direct liaison with clients, development and issue of quality and maintenance reports, and plan for preventive maintenance in reference to the refrigeration of the company’s shops.

Periodic communication with suppliers and third-party services regarding equipment supply, costs and services supervision, as well as issue of monthly reports on quality management, assurance of targets achievement and coordination of the maintenance team.
