Oversee day-to-day business operations including annual planning, budgets, and administration. Maintain centralized application monitoring and notification systems with best practices. Review and maintain all annual service agreements, maintenance contracts, memorandums of understanding, or any other form of contractual written commitments that exist within the unit to ensure efficient daily operations. Produce accurate and standardized reporting with key insights to communicate operational performance to the IT Leadership Team. Recommend and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Recommend and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure that the department operates effectively and reliably. Coordinate projects within the Technology Support & Operations unit to ensure appropriate resources are assigned and business objectives are met. Assist with network, system, and physical security including auditing techniques to assure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Oversee 24/7 Data Center staffing needs, including managing team members across multiple shifts, to maintain stable and consistent technology service. Maintain server, system, network, application monitoring, and notification systems to ensure daily business and technology operations are being provided to the school districts and community colleges across Riverside County. Manage and monitor all technical projects performed by staff members throughout, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer service are being provided. Plan annual budgetary projections related to existing services and infrastructure. Create and maintain written and electronic document repositories related to day-to-day functions of the data center to ensure consistency. Review, renew, and facilitate use of all annual service agreements, maintenance contracts, and other written agreements utilized by the IT department.

Manage B2B Customer Integration Team, participate in customer training and demonstrations and provide high-level consultative recommendations for complex implementation requirements. Document implementation plans, processes, and work closely with multiple support teams to ensure successful rollout. Assist team in supporting customers and the sales force for any issues relating to initial implementation, ongoing maintenance, and administration of the customer account. Maintain team SharePoint site and improve efficiencies in the on-boarding process.
