President over a committee of 12 volunteers from Reedy Fork and Rocky Creek Baptist Churches appointed as caretakers of the 13.3 property to rebuild and renovate.the park.Presently, the park is under construction and we have acquired running water, constructed a shelter, added basketball goals and graded the baseball/softball/soccer field. We are raising funds and acquiring donations to complete the park with restrooms, a concession stand, basketball/volleyball courts, playground and additional lighting.The transformation toward the development of the park is a long term project; therefore, we need participation from each person in our church and community by way of monetary donations, materials and/or labor. Your generosity is not only a gift to the park but also to the entire community the park serves. In the unfortunate event of a missing child, the first hour is the most critical hour and due to panic and distress, parents are unable to provide an accurate description of their child.Law enforcement recommends that parents keep an up-to-date printed and electronic child identification (child I.D.) for all of their children handy, in case of an emergency. The first hours after a child becomes missing is the most critical time for recovery. However it is also the time when the parents are in a panic mode and cannot remember a detailed description of their child. Guard-A-Kid provides a total and complete child ID and child safety package to each participating parent. Guard-A-Kid uses a state-of-the-art FBI quality digital fingerprint scanner to capture all 10 of the child's fingerprint images. Guard-A-Kid provides the parents with two wallet-size printed child IDs, a large file-size child ID, and most importantly a CDROM that contains all of the child information in a digital format. The CDROM is extremely essential in transmitting the child information to other law enforcement agencies within the same city and also to agencies out of state.
