Constantly learning about the Hunger Insecurities facing the Community of San Diego County and the Nation to better understand needs and how best to provide for those needs.I am currently in charge of the North County Food Center where over 500 Non-Profit Agencies come daily to shop for their Distributions to the Public. Our 70,000 warehouse consists of cased dry goods, Diapers and Period Supplies, fresh refrigerated produce and frozen items located in our walk-in refrigerator and freezer.Duties Include:• Coordinate daily appointments with up to 500 different non-profit agencies to shop at the North County Food Bank where we give out 500,000 lbs of food per month.• Keep a detailed calendar with recurring and changing events-including large holiday and school food drives. • Communicate with other departments to ensure all non-profit agencies and families get Diapers, Period Supplies, Meal Kits, and other vital products.• Pick orders for reoccurring weekly distributions.• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory on all fresh produce, refrigerated, frozen, and cased items.• Enter all orders through Primerius inventory program. Scan and file all orders into appropriate categories for each department.• Work closely with volunteers and families on a daily basis to ensure that all with food insecurities during these challenging times are seen and helped.• Instruct volunteers on different projects such as produce sorting and bagging, Food 4 Kids weekend take home program, sorting/date checking of donated goods, and warehouse cleaning/organizing.• Continued trainings through the Food Bank for different computer programs, as well as new and ever changing programs offered to the public through the Food Bank.• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with new businesses, major corporations, as well as professional groups.

• Responsible for overseeing and disbursing 130+ SBA construction loans.• Ensure the timely processing of construction disbursements, which includes reviewing, analyzing, and disbursing construction loans per SBA guidelines.• Identify insufficient funds in budgets and obtain lender approval for budget change requests.• Order and review inspection reports, balance borrowers construction budget against bank records, while meeting borrowers time frame to ensure a high level of customer service.• Maintain disbursement funding ledger throughout the project to ensure all categories and sources remain in balance and advances are provided timely to the note department.• Collect and review final licenses, insurance, and receipt of final loan documentation prior to final funding.• Update SBA ETRAN with reallocation changes for all PLP lender Disbursements.• Keep borrowers and builders up to date on draw status.
