I adeptly coordinated every phase of the festival, from conception and organization to execution and evaluation.A vital aspect of our festival's success stemmed from our close ties with the local community. We prioritized listening to their needs and actively involving them in our efforts. The festival served as a platform for discussing the utilization of public spaces, aiming to address the concerns of both residents and local artists. The inaugural edition, held within the historic "Beobanka" building in Zeleni venac, showcased the collaborative efforts of 30 participants, resulting in 14 murals, 3 art installations, workshops, an art market, and musical performances. Building on this success, the following year saw an expansion into downtown Belgrade, boasting the participation of over 40 international and local artists, alongside 22 murals, exhibitions, debates, workshops, and musical offerings. As the festival evolved, its commitment to community engagement remained steadfast, with the third edition placing a particular emphasis on empowering young female artists through mural art and fostering dialogue within marginalized groups through dedicated debate programs.With unwavering dedication, we brought our vision to life, creating a dynamic platform that not only celebrated art but also fostered dialogue and social cohesion.
