Wore alot of hats in this role. During my time with the federation, I took on more responsibilities as the operation grew. Although it states "Rugby" we had full responsibility of 4 sports around the country. Baseball, Softball, Rugby and American Football. My role was not just head coach of the National Teams but to grow and develop the programs from within. When I started, these sports were only known in a handful of cities... after my tenure, we were able to stretch not just the awareness but also the activities. Led the teams to multiple international competitions. Handled communications to International Olympic Committees(IOC), orchestrated training camps for players, educational courses for players/coaches. Expanding the personnel around the country to the thousands, from only a few hundred.
