Managed server refresh coordination among several PMs for customer contract. At height, 1150 servers were in scope for refresh under contract and worked with client to negotiate what was possible. Most servers per year were 520 servers refreshed with 11 PMs working.

VPC servers became a customer imperative despite having internal equivalent dedicated infrastructure. Helped develop invoicing processes, usage of portal by client users, operational support process changes needed and revised contract to support the identified needs of the client based on pilot program and initial implementation and contract. Began engaging additional PM resources to implement additional VPC migrations from traditional hosting and coordinating forward scheduling of upcoming migrations.

Summarize client progression toward hosting refresh targets and hosting cost reductions. Manage 20 person, multi-cultural team to achieve yearly targets within given contract cost restraints. Address key topics of concern such as Windows 2003 server refresh and data center migration. Prepare summary reports at all levels and manage capital planning and purchasing for 500 servers per year. Worked on changing HP services to BOA to be more global by taking the Merrill Lynch business into the BOA network. My role was Data (Network) transition Program Manager and it included responsibility for removing AT&T, IBM, and 9 video conferencing vendors. We onboarded over 50 transitioning employees and over 20 contractors. Now, we are stabilizing operations and processes to include international participation and procedures.
