Participating as a member of the VNOC Operations team as a Conference Producer supporting all managed services and bridging video conferencing customers. General duties include answering phones, attending and participating in department meetings, and data entry. As a conferencing technician, I would remotely connect and monitor all live, assigned video conferences and events, provide video meet and greets as requested to test audio and video quality as well as customize framing and layouts for all Cisco, Polycom and Tandberg telepresence conferences. I would also troubleshoot real time issues to provide the best quality of service, follow up with end users or participants to solicit feedback, and generate billing for all assigned conferences and record conference details

Provide direct customer support of all video conferencing scheduling needs. Buildconference reservations, update video endpoint listings, coordinate Site Certificationswith the appropriate production resources. Escalate telecommunication technical issues tothe internal Network Support Team. Video Support via Polycom View Station to troubleshootbasic connection issues. Support partner companies by opening technical tickets duringoff hours. Open internal tickets for managed customers and monitor network alarms foroutages.
