With over 19 years of experience in the steel industry, I am a Deputy General Manager at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where I oversee quality assurance and control and product development. My expertise is in Automotive steel and I have a strong background in product design and process control for cold-rolled steel, having worked at JSW Steel Ltd and Essar Steel in the past. I have skills in root cause analysis, QMS, IATF, and Six Sigma, which enable me to ensure our products' highest quality and performance. I am passionate about product innovation and customer satisfaction, and I strive to deliver solutions that meet the diverse and evolving needs of the market. I am also committed to collaborating with and empowering my team and learning from and sharing best practices with other industry leaders.
