With a Master of Arts in Communication from The University of Alabama, I have developed strong communication and writing skills that I have applied in various settings. As an assistant manager at francesca’s, I managed daily operations, customer service, and staff training for a retail store, demonstrating leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.I have also shared my knowledge and passion for communication as an adjunct instructor at Meridian Community College and The University of Alabama, where I taught courses on communication theory, intercultural communication, and public speaking. I have received positive feedback from my students and colleagues for my engaging and effective teaching methods and materials.In addition to my professional experience, I have been actively involved in volunteer work for various nonprofit organizations that focus on advocacy, justice, and equity. I have organized events, fundraised, and communicated with government agencies and stakeholders to support the causes I believe in. Through this work, I have gained new perspectives and insights, and I have made a positive impact on my community. My goal is to pursue a career that allows me to help others and make a difference.
