General Management of the Karma Royal Group Project Design and Management department (PMC) in Bali, Indonesia with occasional involvement in other geographical areas. The dept. has a varied brief but is primarily concerned withthe construction of Karma Resort villas for which I am the responsible manager. It involves all aspects of architectural design, quantity surveying, tendering with contractors, ongoing cost analysis, specification of materials, and project supervision. Close co-ordination with third party architects, builders, engineers and other professionals will be crucial. Also vitally important is regular liaison with other departments with an input into the design and construction of the villasIn addition to the regular Karma Villa work I provide advice, assistance and supervision of other constructionprojects for the group, including such things as office works, bar and restaurant works, spa works, sales office works, minor and major renovations and anything else where the expertise of the department is beneficial and appropriate.
