S.I.R. is a full service backline rental company and rehearsal/showcase facility. My role as rehearsal tech is to run and maintain the 5 rehearsal rooms as well maintain the instrument and amplifier warehouse. During my time at S.I.R. I've run monitors and/or front of house for over 1500 rehearsals and showcases. Other responsibilities include the picking up and dropping off of rented backline equipment to various studios and live venues around Nashville. Through S.I.R. I've also worked as a backline tech at Bonnaroo Music Festival '08, '09, '15, '18, '19. I've also worked numerous other festivals including; Essence Festival, Firefly Music Festival, Something In The Water Festival and CMA Week.

Responsible for placing wireless microphones on the pads of 2 players from each team to capture snap count audio. Mixing audio and sending to broadcast truck.

Earning 5-star ratings and Superhost Status for 12 consecutive quarters in Hermitage, TN. Successfully hosted over 170 guest stays and while maintaining a review rating of 4.9 stars. Troubleshoots problems and resolves them in a timely manner resulting in 0 Resolution Center Customer claims payouts. Providing quality accommodations through the highest cleaning standards and timely guest communication. Community activist supporting quality hosting within the legal limits of Nashville's housing laws.
