Managed police, fire, telecommunications, maintenance, construction, vehicles, logistics, contract management, human resources, child care, education, and food services. Maintained an active airfield, supporting five types of aircraft, including the world's premier stealth bomber, the B-2 Spirit. Delivered $165M construction/services/contracts annually.

Pentagon, Virginia

Advised Air Force Chief Information Officer on IT Efficiency initiatives and resource allocation efforts. Air Force lead on Department of Defense implementation plans. Developed $2.6M business case validating target investments and savings. Partnered with Air Force Audit Agency to establish IT spending baselines. Deployed in support of the Office of Security Cooperation - Iraq.

Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal

Competitively selected position. Chief Executive Officer for 137-person multi-national IT organization that delivered world-class communications and services to a geographically isolated mid-Atlantic base. Oversaw critical global command and control node for the President of the United States. Managed airfield, navigation, and weather systems worth $8.1M for 15,000 military and civilian international flights annually.

Langley Air Force Base, Virginia

Director of the Langley Operating Location for the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center. Led 8-member team conducting testing of four critical command, control, communications, and intelligence systems worth more than $4.5B. Planned and executed assessments to evaluate system effectiveness and suitability for Air Force and Joint missions. Orchestrated successful closure of detachment, then led 23 personnel in procurement and development of knowledge operations systems for Air Combat Command.

U.S. Embassy, Baghdad, Iraq

Coordinated/planned for viable military and civilian communications infrastructure for the Government of Iraq. Directed daily operations for the Iraq theater information grid supporting Joint and Coalition operations.

Royal Air Force Molesworth, England

Led 200 multi-service military, civilian and contract personnel in operations and maintenance of a $51M IT architecture, including one NATO network, three U.S. networks, 3,800 workstations, 300 servers, and 100 circuits across the European theater. Responsible for 24x7 operations supporting intelligence collection, analysis, production, and dissemination for 2,000 U.S. and allied customers. Planned and executed $8.2M annual IT systems procurement in coordination with National Agencies and Theater stakeholders. Managed long-range enterprise project schedule, resource management, and developed $17.4M annual command spend plan.

Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado

Led 18 personnel in software development and maintenance of 12 national space defense and intelligence systems critical to the mission of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), U.S. Space Command, U.S. Northern Command. Supported equipment worth $40M performing a worldwide mission serving over 500 intelligence analysts. Ensured uninterrupted intelligence analysis and support during two major moves, including a Cheyenne Mountain relocation following 9-11.

Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico

Commanded largest flight in the 377th Communications Squadron, comprised of seven work centers with 95 military and civilian personnel providing planning, installation, and maintenance of telephone, radio, and data network communications systems, including the Air Force's largest telephone switching system, supporting over 20,000 base customers. Directed on-site engineering, technical planning, and implementation of base-wide computer systems improvements, including base backup and remote access.

Pentagon, Virginia

Responsible for procurement of $15M in communications equipment and services for the Secretary of the Air Force, Air Staff, and the Joint Staff. Managed a $1.5M Small Purchases Program with over 120 projects annually, $300K government credit card program, and $7.6M multi-service annual budget for the Network Management Service Center. Systems Administrator for local requirements system.
