Twisha is a systems thinker working at the intersection of international development, technology, and social good. Her passion for equitable social progress guides her work and she approaches complex challenges with deep curiosity and a learning mindset. Twisha currently serves as the Senior Manager of Strategy, Learning, and impact at Humanity United (HU). HU is part of the Omidyar Group, a diverse collection of companies, organizations, and initiatives united by a common desire to catalyze social impact. She enjoys leveraging her experiences to support program teams and drive organizational impact from startup to scale. In this role, she builds and nurtures a systems-enabled, complexity-aware organizational learning culture, supporting adaptation and continuous improvement. Her work also explores the intersection of philanthropic practice and equity. Through a strategy, learning & impact-focused Epistemic Justice Fund, she is committed to creating spaces for reparative, restorative, and regenerative practices in the philanthropic sector.Twisha has over 15 years of experience leading, designing, and implementing program strategy and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks for foundations, non-profits, and social enterprises.
