Thomas provided leadership over critical initiatives, including integrating with Goldman Sachs post-acquisition, relaunching as an independent entity, designing & expanding a capital markets-centric funding model, and developing new business verticals. Past responsibilities include: - Designed and led the transformation of a card-linked rewards experience used by millions of customers at Chase, Wells Fargo, and several other large banks.- Head of Corporate IT strategy, responsible for developing a multi-year plan for Truist Bank holding company, emphasizing transformation & technology. - Execution of corporate Strategic planning process by guiding Executive Management through exercises to outline their multi-year plan and objectives, which were then presented to the Board of Directors. - New business vertical strategy design in Private Wealth Management, including the development of a medical and legal specialty practice deployed across the corporate footprint.- Capital planning, including demand intake, vetting, prioritization, and distribution of a $1B+ enterprise investment budget.
