 Analyze the project with the Financial, Commercial, Marketing, technical andconstruction team. Create business plans for every opportunity in the project that will affect theproject profitability and present them to the owners to make sure that the planis going with the company goals and vision. Resolve as much weaknesses in the project as we can by studying reasonablesolutions financially and technically with all the departments. Assigning every team of the project the appropriate task with clear milestonesto make sure that every plan is executed with the required standards andwithin the time line. Supervise every assigned task by receiving reports from every department. Presenting an overall progress report every quarter to the company owners. Re-analyze the project through the new challenges and market needs to makesure the project is still sustainable, profitable and satisfying the market needs.

 Lead all the Contractors and the site supervision consultant. Coordinate the technical drawings “Structure, Architecture and MEP” betweenthe design team, the site supervision consultant and the contractors. Create the appropriate execution plan for every phase of the project. Solve any issues that surfaces at any time through the execution process. Deliver the phases of the project as planned with stakeholders and customers. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by assuring the project has the good value and

from 2015 till 2018 supervising all the restaurants executed in the company by coordinating between the consultants and contractors to assure that every project is delivered with the highest standardsand as per the assigned specifications.

Working from June 2014 till May 2015 as a Construction Engineer responsible for supervising all the restaurants executed in the company by our company or an external contractor and assuring that all the restaurants are matching perfectly the prototype of the brand and the drawings "Architecture and MEP".
