BIT:As the first Lead UX and Product Designer for a practical problem-solving management tool for a global mining company, I was tasked with uplifting an existing product into a more intuitive experience whilst balancing the needs and desires of existing users. Starting from a blank slate, I produced user flows, designs, and prototypes and introduced design principles and a rolling user research capability to ensure what we were building aligned with what users needed. I ensured designs were balanced with the requirements of the business by bringing the team along on the journey.

PaperLess Maintainer:As the lead UX/UI designer, I spearheaded the transition of a legacy paper-based process for a prominent industrial resources client to a streamlined digital solution. Working in collaboration with my dedicated delivery team, we have developed an Android mobile app to enhance maintenance work efficiency. This forward-looking project involves not only translating a legacy process into the digital realm but also creating a user-friendly desktop application. By seamlessly merging modern design principles with technical innovation, we aim to revolutionize maintenance procedures for enhanced productivity.Ennovate NFT:Guided the early stages of the Web 3.0 NFT marketplace's UX/UI design, setting the foundation for a cutting-edge digital asset platform. My role involved establishing a comprehensive design system and collaborating closely with the engineering team to align the React token library approach. Additionally, I introduced service design blueprints and conducted valuable user research, contributing to informed design decisions that influenced the project's direction.IAG - NRMA Online Account:Led the UX/UI Design initiative for the Online Account self-service management dashboard, catering to seamless user experiences. Extensive collaboration with subject matter experts ensured a rapid grasp of the product, enabling a robust feedback loop. My close partnerships with SMEs and designers ensured that user-centric experiences harmonized seamlessly with business and legal requisites, ultimately enhancing account management processes.Barntools:In my role as a Product Designer, I drove the UX/UI design efforts for the Barntools project, maintaining swift iterations to keep pace with the agile engineering team. During my role as a Product Designer at Envato, I led and contributed to various transformative initiatives across Envato Market sites, including ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, and AudioJungle. As a project lead, I streamlined guest checkout experiences, orchestrated site-wide information architecture enhancements, and spearheaded homepage redesigns. I also optimized category navigation, crafted engaging marketing landing pages, and refined add-to-cart experiences. My holistic approach combined design expertise with strategic leadership, resulting in improved user experiences and impactful business outcome

As the team shifted, so did my role at Envato. In this role working on a new video mobile app I was in charge of engaging and liaising with video content creators, external 3D, and video contractors, and internal stakeholders.Through this role, I began my exploration into the world of UX Design by interviewing users, documenting pleasure and pain points, and sharing my learnings regularly with the wider team. This lead to better understanding across the team of our users needs, pain points, and requests.

I was promoted to manage the growing customer support team in handling all onsite support, review, and quality. Alongside this, my team was busy undertaking active brand awareness activities and freelance talent pool growth.

In this role, I was responsible for setting up provider and service review systems and processes for Envato Studio. As this position grew I was assisted with recruiting and growing the team of customer support agents to handle the influx of communications on the platform.

As the first Product Administrator for ImageScience, I was given the opportunity to explore all things online retail and eCommerce.This role allowed me to explore online content management, updating and managing SEO campaigns to maximize cost-per-click working within a small budget. Understanding product trends and sourcing products ahead of the market. Social media account creation, curation, and ongoing management. Database and CMS management alongside product and stock management, liaising with client and supplier stakeholders to ensure we had the products available that our users wanted. Alongside this, I worked with beginner and professional artists to help convert their traditional artistic practice into digital art forms through practical advice and product options.
