BIT:As the first Lead UX and Product Designer for a practical problem-solving management tool for a global mining company, I was tasked with uplifting an existing product into a more intuitive experience whilst balancing the needs and desires of existing users. Understanding product trends and sourcing products ahead of the market. Social media account creation, curation, and ongoing management. Database and CMS management alongside product and stock management, liaising with client and supplier stakeholders to ensure we had the products available that our users wanted. Alongside this, I worked with beginner and professional artists to help convert their traditional artistic practice into digital art forms through practical advice and product options.
