I am responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing different medical equipment, such as MRI, CT,IGT, and DXR systems. When the District Service Manager for Michigan is absent, I act as their backup and lead my colleagues. Additionally, I am currently a champion for customer satisfaction, training, and scheduling in the Michigan District.

I was responsible for managing client service activities to ensure timely resolution of customer issuesand to meet their needs. I successfully coordinated with third-party vendors such as GMED, UTSS,Revels, and Carrot Medical, which allowed me to navigate customer relations, engineering challenges,and organizational complexities simultaneously. Despite facing several challenges, I was able toallocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines were met and customers were satisfied.

As a Philips Healthcare ambassador, my role is to ensure complete satisfaction of our customerswith our products and services, while meeting and exceeding business targets. I deliver and executetechnical services, such as Preventative Maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCOs), New SystemInstallations, and equipment repairs. I work closely with Planners and the Escalation Team to prepareand implement action plans to resolve customer issues.I always deliver customer solutions in accordance with regulatory guidelines, processes & procedures,and focus on the “First Time Right” approach, ensuring a clear action plan, with necessary partsand diagnosis before the onsite visit. In case of customer complaints (safety & non-safety-related) &escalations, I ensure accurate and timely analysis and action.I am a primary service engineer in general X-ray, MRI, CT, and Cardiovascular systems. I am also Phillips Remote Service (PRS) Regional Team Lead and Team Development Champion.
