Morley's scope of work includes foundations, walls, and shore slabs-on-grade for the Surf Lagoon and its support buildings.MCAS P-201 F-35C Joint Strike Fighter Maintenance Hangar, San DiegoThe P-201 Hangar project will provide the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar base with a new facility supporting two F-35C aircraft maintenance squadrons and ancillary support areas. Morley's scope of work includes a 166,000-square-foot Type II hangar and five ancillary buildings. Pacific Center, San DiegoPacific Center is an 815,000 square-foot life science campus located in Sorrento Mesa that features two life sciences buildings, ample outdoor and collaboration space, a parking garage, and an amenity building. Morley Construction was selected as the concrete subcontractor for one of the three new structures within this campus development. Morley's scope of work, Building B, is a six-story cast-in-place structure with one level below grade. Building B contains the most prominent architectural concrete features of the project, including ground level exposed cast-in-place walls with reveal patterns and tapered architectural slab edges on all levels. UCSD Viterbi Family Vision Research Center, San DiegoThe Viterbi Research Center is the new expansion of UC San Diego’s vision facilities focused on discovering how to reverse glaucoma. This project is a six-story cast-in-place concrete structure, providing approximately 100,000 gross square feet of new space, including new space for computational analytics and clinical trial research, open laboratory space to conduct clinical trial research, a core laboratory, meeting and support space, and a small amount of retail.

Radian, San DiegoRadian is a 23-story retail and residential tower that features a rooftop pool area with views of Petco Park, San Diego Bay, and Coronado. This project consists of 255,000 square-feet of retail and residential space, 241 apartments, ground-floor retail space including a 36,000 square-feet Target, 450,000 gross square feet of cast-in-place concrete decks, and 22,000 cubic yards of concrete.Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry, San DiegoThis project located at the California-Mexico border modernized and expanded the existing border facilities to address the increasing amount of border traffic. Morley’s scope of work consisted of five new buildings, including a two-level long span beam parking structure. The project team's largest contribution to this project was coming on board early to help the client sequence the project to a more efficient critical path for all of the major trades. This resulted in an overall concrete schedule reduction from the contracted 30 week duration to 19 weeks. In addition to providing 11 weeks of float to the client, the team took the most pride in building the path to a successful project for multiple trade partners.UCSD North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood, La JollaThe largest complex built on campus to date (at the time of construction), this $627 million neighborhood includes housing for 2,000 students, academic towers, and parking with 1,200 spaces.Morley Construction was brought on board one year prior to breaking ground and played a key part in the design-build team working hand-in-hand with the design team, the University, and the General Contractor. Morley's scope of work story consisted of three levels of below grade parking with a 216,000 SF footprint, five residential and academic buildings, 1.1 million gross square feet of cast-in-place concrete decks, and 70,000 cubic yards of concrete.

This mixed-use development includes 713 apartment units, 57,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a 25,000 cubic yard concrete mat foundation, 3 levels of below grade parking with 1,200 spaces, 1.3 million gross square feet of cast-in-place concrete decks, and 84,000 cubic yards of concrete.San Diego Central Courthouse, San Diego23-story criminal, family, and civil courts building for the Administrative Office of the Courts. This building consists of an 18,000 cubic yard concrete mat foundation, a 180 foot-long pedestrian bridge connecting the new courthouse with the existing Hall of Justice, 704,000 gross square feet of metal/concrete composite decks with 71 courtrooms, and 35,000 cubic yards of concrete.
