Technology Consulting - Aligning IT to Business Goals

Provided leadership in a fast growth organization challenged with rapid acquisition integration. Selected to lead the successful turnaround of a failing JAVA payroll conversion project. Managed the design, implementation and support of the Enterprise infrastructure, telecom, application support, internal controls and data security for the largest privately held payroll company in the country. Selected to provide management leadership for several compliance requirements such as corporate SAS70 Audits, Sarbanes Oxley, GLBA and HIPPA. I was the primary IT liaison to Operations, Sales and Marketing/Business Development.

Provided leadership and managed IT and the Payroll Operations departments from the early beginnings of the company. Units included in this were Infrastructure, Telecomm, Helpdesk, Client Relations, Production & Distribution, Payroll Conversion & Implementation, and Professional Consulting Services.
