Basic Design Department

- Bulkheads scantlings acc. DNV register.Choosing plates, profiles and girders acc. DNV rules and tank conditions. - Elaboration of hull model in conformity with bulkheads calculations, GA, tank plan and others using Aveva.- Elaboration of main class drawings, aft drawings, fore drawings and equipment drawings using Aveva and AutoCad. Requirement of minimal corrections resulting from the checking procedure and ensuring conformity and standardisation to company standards.

Hull Detail Design Department

-Checking and production of design and construction 3D models and 2D drawings in a disciplined manner such that drawings are produced to a acceptable standard with sufficient content for the end user, the requirement of minimal corrections resulting from the checking procedure and ensuring conformity and standardisation wherever possible to company standards.- Modeling according class drawings. - Elaboration of detail drawings in conformity with yard standards.- Elaboration of hull building documentation(material list, assembly sketch, pin jig diagram, measurement sheet).- Elaboration of work instructions.

Design Technical Assistance Service

- Modeling hull modifications according owner or class request - Providing support and technical assistance for the workers. - Collaboration with the Classes Classifications representatives and project managers for approval solutions amending various situations to ship, respecting the client requirements and shipyard practice for the ship. - Elaboration of alteration sheets using Aveva Marine and AutoCad ; - Elaboration of technical plans for assembly and erection workshop(measurement plans, documentation for flat panel line, PinJig documentation for assembly etc);

Assembly Factory

-Attending daily operational meetings with hierarchical superiors production and foremen, to solve nonconformities. -Working with subordinate foremens involved in the projects in order to quality manufacture and timely delivery of the hull blocks. -Collaboration with all departments in the company involved in the development of hull blocks; -Organizing activities with foremen, in order to timely delivery and quality of works subordinated; -Cooperation with inspectors HSE and Emergency Departments.
